EPP is polypropylene foam material, an excellent high crystalline polymer & gas composite material, with light specific gravity, good elasticity, anti-vibration & crush resistance, high deformation recovery rate, oil resistance and heat insulation characteristics, which is really eco-friendly, non-toxic, odorless and recyclable.

EPP has been widely used in the packaging industry, such as electronic products, medical devices, cold chain delivery box, etc., especially in the irreplaceable  packaging of export products according to environmental protection requirements.It is also widely used in food packaging and microwave heating due to its non-toxic and high temperature resistance.

1.Non-toxic and eco-friendly food grade PP, human direct contact
EPP material does not contain harmful and toxic substances to human body , no peculiar smell or TVOC emission after long-term use. Safe and healthy, it can directly contact with human body, fresh food, vegetables and fruits, etc.

2.Excellent insulation performance and long lasting cold storage
The thermal insulation of different materials is mainly based on their own thermal conductivity, the lower thermal conductivity, the less thermal conductivity, and better thermal insulation.Therefore, materials with lower thermal conductivity will be selected considering the condition of comprehensive performance of thermal insulation requirements.The thermal conductivity of EPP material is relatively low among many foam materials, and the flat sheet is 0.035(W.M/K), or lower than this figure. Most foam materials are about 0.4, and their thermal conductivity is higher than EPP.Therefore, EPP delivery box is more difficult to emit heat, and EPP is the best economic choice for cold chain box requiring constant temperature and cold preservation. At the same time in the medicine cold chain, the EPP cooler box also have very good refrigeration effect to avoid loss of efficacy.

3.Lightweight, safe and elastic
Eco-friendly EPP is lightweight material, with high strength, variable shape and excellent buffering performance. Light specific gravity (density 15-180kg/m3),  oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, resistance to various chemical agents, non water absorption, heat & sound insulation; good buffering resilience, anti sweat erosion and various shaping, it assure good protection for cold chain in transportation.
